Job Title: Client Services Associate Role: On Site
About the Role: We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional to support a variety of administrative and client service tasks. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external contacts to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming communications and route inquiries appropriately
Manage incoming documents and ensure proper digital filing
Review and process client documentation for accuracy and compliance
Enter and update data in internal systems
Assist with reporting and documentation requests
Support team members with client-related updates and changes
Prepare and distribute routine correspondence
Follow up on outstanding items as needed
Qualifications: Prior experience in administrative, customer service, or support roles preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working with digital systems and basic office software
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities

Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
