Key Responsibilities: Deliver a world-class customer experience by assisting customers throughout their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store. Use digital tools to inform customers about our network coverage and how T-Mobile plans can enhance their lives. What We Are Looking For: High School Diploma or GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Required) A passion for helping customers and a positive attitude (Required) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment (Required) Complete your training within the first 90 days, and you will be eligible for an hourly training pay of $5.00 in addition to your base salary of $17.50. After successful training, you will have the opportunity to become a Mobile Expert, unlocking an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year.
