Active customer engagement is crucial for success. As ambassadors, they create excitement around our products and services and are passionate about the connected world. With the ability to thrive in a high-traffic environment, Mobile Associates excel at identifying customer needs and providing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Proactively engage with a wide range of customers in a fast-paced retail environment. Utilize digital tools to effectively communicate and educate customers on the value of T-Mobile solutions. Identify customer needs and employ solution-based selling techniques. Deepen relationships by helping customers understand how to self-serve using the T-Mobile app. Complete ongoing training on T-Mobile products, services, and customer experience. Work with nearby store locations for proper onboarding of customers. Ensure obsession with customer satisfaction and provide exceptional service. Proactively reach out to potential customers to drive sales. Collaborate with nearby leadership to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required. 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. Passionate about customer advocacy and effective in balancing experiences with performance goals. Competitive drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation: The hourly base pay is $16.50, with $5.00 per hour training pay. After 90 days, associates can promote to the Mobile Expert role, earning an annual incentive target of $18,000/year along with guaranteed hourly earnings of $20/hour including incentives.
