This position serves as a foundation for you to grow into the Mobile Expert role through hands-on training and teamwork. Job Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by: Assisting customers to seamlessly continue their shopping journey, whether they started online, via Customer Care, or in-store. Understanding individual needs and showcasing the latest technology through hands-on demonstrations. Collaboratively identifying personalized solutions, from unique accessories to the latest IoT devices. Maintaining a service-oriented approach with empathy and integrity. Mastering digital tools to provide key information, such as: How our extensive coverage meets customer needs in their neighborhoods. Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma/GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Enthusiastic customer advocate eager to connect with customers. Strong ambition and a proven record of success in a fast-paced sales setting. A collaborative mindset that fosters teamwork and learning. Ability to balance customer needs with performance targets. Licenses and Certifications: Minimum age of 18 years Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: No travel required Compensation: This position offers a competitive hourly base pay of $17.50, plus $5.00 per hour during training. After completing your initial 90 days, you will be eligible for the Mobile Expert role with an incentive target of $18,000 annually. All team members earn at least $20/hour, including base and incentive earnings. Additionally, every employee has the opportunity for an annual stock grant.
