As a Bilingual Retail Associate, you will: Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to assess their needs and recommend suitable products. Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly. Process sales transactions accurately according to company policies. Meet and strive to exceed store sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain the store's visual and quality standards, keeping areas stocked and organized. Stay informed about product features and effectively communicate options to customers. Perform tasks such as mixing paint, stocking shelves, and assisting with deliveries as needed. We are looking for candidates who are: At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship. Fluent in both English and Spanish, capable of reading, writing, and communicating effectively. Possessing a valid driver's license and able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently. Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Preferred qualifications include having a high school diploma or GED and previous experience in retail or customer service, especially in the paint industry.
