Assist customers in-store and over the phone, identifying their needs and presenting suitable products. Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers. Accurately process sales transactions following company policy. Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals consistently. Maintain organized work order files and product formulas. Select and prepare products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products according to customer specifications. Stock shelves, set up displays, and keep equipment clean. Load and unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries when needed. Ensure a presentable and well-stocked store area. Stay informed about product offerings and options available. Adhere to inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvement strategies. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Authorization to work in the country without sponsorship. Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: A High School diploma or GED. One (1) year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service. Experience in selling paint or paint-related products.
