As a Bilingual Retail Associate at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a vital role in assisting our wholesale and retail customers. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, addressing inquiries about our diverse range of products, and recommending effective solutions tailored to each client. This position is based at Store #5133, located at: 150 Broadview Ave, Warrenton, VA 20186-2301. You may also be required to work in surrounding stores within a 5-mile radius. Key responsibilities include: Providing outstanding service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Assisting customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services. Building trust with wholesale and retail customers to foster strong relationships. Accurately processing sales transactions while adhering to company policies. Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Maintaining detailed work order files and product formulas. Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications. Stocking shelves and setting up attractive displays. Cleaning and maintaining store equipment. Loading and unloading delivery trucks when required. Assisting with deliveries as necessary. Ensuring assigned areas are well-stocked and presented attractively. Staying knowledgeable about the products we offer and discussing options with customers. Complying with inventory control procedures. Proposing innovative ideas for improving sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship for work visa status. Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong reading, writing, comprehension, and communication skills in both languages. Ability to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 70 lbs occasionally. Willingness to work scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Completion of a High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles. Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products is advantageous. Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment is preferred.
