Key Responsibilities: Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service. Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services. Build trust and productive relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Process sales transactions accurately in accordance with policies and procedures. Aim to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain accurate work order files and formulas. Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as necessary. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications. Stock shelves and set up product displays. Maintain cleanliness of store equipment. Load and unload delivery trucks. Assist with deliveries as needed. Keep assigned areas in a presentable condition. Stay knowledgeable about products and discuss available options with customers. Follow inventory control procedures. Contribute suggestions for improving sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Legally authorized to work in your country without requiring visa sponsorship. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion, with or without accommodation. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without accommodation. Preferred Qualifications: Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. At least a High School diploma or GED. A minimum of one (1) year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience in selling paint and related products.
