Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Retail Associate where you will engage with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and recommend the best Sherwin-Williams products. Your goal is to ensure every customer leaves satisfied while actively contributing to our store's sales targets. As a vital part of our team, you will have the chance to: Provide exceptional customer service that fosters loyalty and trust. Assist customers in-store and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products. Process transactions accurately and adhere to company policies. Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain organized work files and manage product inventory effectively. Tint and mix paint products according to customer specifications. Stock shelves, create attractive displays, and keep the store clean and organized. Support the team with deliveries as needed. Stay informed about our product offerings to assist customers with available options. Suggest improvements to boost sales and customer satisfaction. This position requires interaction with customers of all ages and access to cash and store merchandise; thus a review of criminal history may be conducted to ensure safety and security. You will be expected to work at stores within a 10-mile radius of the following location: 2395 York Rd. Jamison, PA 18929. Must be legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently; 70 lbs. on occasion. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in a retail or customer service role. Experience selling paint and related products is a plus. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment is beneficial.
