As part of your daily responsibilities, you will: Deliver outstanding customer service through effective sales techniques. Assist customers both in-store and over the phone by identifying needs and recommending appropriate products. Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions and maintain compliance with company policies. Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Handle inventory by stocking shelves, setting displays, and maintaining organized work areas. Retrieve and lift materials up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally. Stay informed about product offerings and features to assist customers effectively.
