Join our team as a Bilingual Retail Associate at Sherwin-Williams, where you will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs and provide expert advice on our high-quality products. Your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any concerns promptly. You will also stay up-to-date with product features to help meet the store's sales goals effectively. This position is based at Store #3385, located at: 495A Elden St, Herndon, VA 20170, with the possibility of working in nearby stores within a 5-mile radius. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service and building trusting relationships with customers. Assisting customers both in-person and over the phone, ensuring you understand their needs and present suitable products. Processing accurate sales transactions in accordance with company policies. Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas. Pulling and mixing products to customer specifications as needed. Restocking shelves and creating attractive displays. Keeping store equipment clean and organized. Loading and unloading delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries as required. Ensuring assigned areas are stocked and presentable. Staying knowledgeable about available products and options. Following inventory control procedures and suggesting sales improvement strategies. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship for a work visa. Proficient in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in both English and Spanish. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. High School diploma or GED. A minimum of one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Previous experience selling paint and related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
