As a Bilingual Retail Associate at Sherwin-Williams, your primary role will be to engage with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions using our top-quality products. You will actively work to resolve customer concerns to ensure maximum satisfaction while contributing to the store's sales goals. You will be responsible for: Delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication and product knowledge. Assisting customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and recommending suitable products. Building lasting relationships with customers, both wholesale and retail. Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies. Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas. Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse and preparing customized products for customers. Organizing store displays and ensuring a clean, stocked, and appealing store environment. Loading and unloading delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries when needed. Staying informed about product offerings and discussing options with customers. Adhering to inventory control procedures. Suggesting innovative ideas to boost sales performance. Location: This position is based at store #5071, located at 740 Route 70 West, Marlton, NJ 08053. Minimum Requirements: At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work without the need for visa sponsorship. Fluency in both English and Spanish – reading, writing, and communication is essential. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in retail, customer service, or related fields. Experience with paint products and previous sales experience.
