Customer Excellence - 25% Provide attentive service to meet customers' needs, ensuring a prompt and friendly greeting and farewell. Assist customers by offering tailored product recommendations. Operational Excellence - 25% Maintain product stock and ensure proper rotation to guarantee freshness. Efficiently manage supplies to minimize waste and reduce costs. Accurately operate cashiering equipment while accepting various payment methods and providing change correctly. Keep the work area clean and organized, promptly reporting any equipment issues or hazards to management. Qualifications Education Requirements: High School diploma or GED required. Language Requirements: Proficiency in English and Spanish. Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience preferred, with no supervisory experience necessary. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Must be at least 21 years old and complete TIPS Training prior to start. Strong command of English is essential, along with basic computer skills for online training participation. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States and pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. A high standard of integrity, customer service orientation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting are vital. Working Environment: Retail setting that may involve standing, walking, and using hands regularly in various indoor and outdoor conditions. The role may also involve lifting up to 50 lbs and managing items up to 250 lbs.
