Stay informed on changes in California workers' compensation law. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school and active California State Bar membership. 1-3 years of experience in workers' compensation matters (applicant-side preferred). Strong advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing skills. Professionalism and confidence in courtroom and client interactions. Ability to manage deadlines and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment. Compassionate, client-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active membership in the California State Bar. Skills Advocacy and negotiation skills.
