With three offices covering all of Southern California, the firm represents clients in workers' compensation defense, civil, and maritime litigation matters across California and the West Coast. Collectively, the partners bring more than 100 years of experience in workers\' compensation and civil litigation. The Firm Handles Cases Involving Workers' Compensation Defense (WCAB and Federal LHWCA) Subrogation Jones Act and General Maritime Defense General Civil Litigation Defense They have a proven track record of success at all levels—administrative tribunals, jury trials, and appellate courts, including published decisions before the United States Supreme Court, California Supreme Court, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal, and California District Courts of Appeal. Position Overview Due to increasing referrals from both existing and new clients, the firm is looking to expand its team with skilled litigators interested in workers' compensation and litigation practice groups. Training will be provided following hire. While this position offers flexibility to work remotely, candidates must be based locally (Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego) as regular court appearances are required.
