Duties: Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings, including appearances before administrative law judges
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Evaluate case facts and develop litigation strategies tailored to catastrophic injury claims
Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and case evaluations
Collaborate with medical experts, investigators, and other professionals to support case development
Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring clarity on legal procedures and case updates
Assist senior attorneys with trial preparation and legal briefing
Requirements: Admission to the State Bar of California
Demonstrated interest in injury law or related litigation fields
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
Strong analytical and legal writing abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications: Active license to practice law in California (in good standing)
Skills: Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
