Position Overview

Job Description

• Review end user problems related to systems procedure, data management or desired results and make recommendations to system or procedures due to equipment limitations
• Coordinate system installation including hardware and software training as needed and provide documentation; Responsible for data accuracy upon system application installation
• Train store operations personnel on existing, updated, or newly installed retail technologies
• Troubleshoot systems and software applications on a rotation of after-hours to handle emergencies and provide resolutions to users
• Travel Required:Yes

• Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)

• Specialized Knowledge : General understanding of Microsoft Windows and SCO UNIX operating system environment
• Special Skills : General understanding or training, support, and documentation methodologies

• 0-2 : Experience in grocery retail, data processing or other retail business is essential and will be weighted against educational requirements.
