Review end user problems related to systems procedure, data management or desired results and make recommendations to system or procedures due to equipment limitations Coordinate system installation including hardware and software training as needed and provide documentation; Responsible for data accuracy upon system application installation Train store operations personnel on existing, updated, or newly installed retail technologies Troubleshoot systems and software applications on a rotation of after-hours to handle emergencies and provide resolutions to users Travel Required:Yes
