Position Overview
The Assoc Analyst, Retail Applications, trains store operations personnel on installed retail technologies and customizes existing and new applications to meet unique requirements of the end users.

Description
Review end user problems related to systems procedure, data management or desired results and make recommendations to system or procedures due to equipment limitations
Coordinate system installation including hardware and software training as needed and provide documentation; Responsible for data accuracy upon system application installation
Train store operations personnel on existing, updated, or newly installed retail technologies
Troubleshoot systems and software applications on a rotation of after-hours to handle emergencies and provide resolutions to users

Skills
Specialized Knowledge : General understanding of Microsoft Windows and SCO UNIX operating system environment
Special Skills : General understanding or training, support, and documentation methodologies

0-2 : Experience in grocery retail, data processing or other retail business is essential and will be weighted against educational requirements.
