As an Assistant General Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing Team Members and Shift Managers to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. Managing inventory and financial accountability to help the restaurant thrive. Providing friendly and quality service to resolve customer inquiries and issues. Upholding food safety and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe environment for all staff and customers. Requirements and Essential Functions: Demonstrated professionalism in the workplace. 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, with a focus on Profit and Loss management or relevant educational background. Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate common software. Preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager position. Must be at least 18 years of age. Successful completion of a reference check. Reliable transportation is required. Strong analytical and decision-making skills with basic accounting knowledge. Able to perform daily cleaning tasks as required. Capable of standing and walking for up to 80% of the shift.
