Key Responsibilities: Lead work shifts while ensuring Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned tasks. Manage inventory effectively to maintain quality and control costs. Ensure financial accountability and strive for operational excellence. Provide safe, friendly service to customers while upholding Taco Bell's food quality standards. Create and maintain a safe workplace for employees and customers alike. Job Requirements and Essential Functions: High School Diploma or GED; College or University Degree preferred. 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss accountability. Basic personal computer literacy. Preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager position. Must be at least 18 years old. Must pass background check and drug test. Reliable transportation required. Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Able to perform physical tasks including sweeping, mopping, lifting and carrying trash (up to 50 lbs), and maintaining cleanliness in parking areas.
