About the Role:
This role is responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including but not limited to, providing support to business operations, our managers, team members, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company's general administrative activities.
What You Will Be Doing : Manage front desk and entrance area Greet guests and notify appropriate party of a visitor's arrival Answer multi-line phone system professionally and efficiently, taking detailed messages and/or transferring calls Retrieve and sign for packages, schedule pickups and/or take to UPS or FedEx Manage, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail Conduct inventory of office supplies and restock when needed Assist team members and managers with administrative tasks Schedule maintenance for building repairs and copiers Assist with booking travel and creating travel itineraries Keep conference room and kitchen areas stocked Order catering for office events and meetings Assist with planning holiday and charity events Support and help setup new office locations Send out team member gifts on behalf of the organization What You Bring: At least 1 year of office administrative experience preferably in clerical and office environment (required) Ability to work in a fast-paced and team driven environment Detail oriented with a desire to improve current processes Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Provide administrative support to office staff and other company personnel Clear and effective communication skills via phone and email Good time management skills and ability to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner Able to maintain confidential information and privacy considerations Must be reliable, dependable, and punctual Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Candidate must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the company's driving (MVR) policy
