Positive Behavior Health Developments is a growing ABA therapy agency committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care to children and families. We're looking for an organized, proactive Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for supporting clinical teams that change lives. Hours are from 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday- Friday. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and clerical support to clinical and operations teams Organize and maintain digital and physical files in compliance with HIPAA regulations Manage scheduling, communications, and intake processes Assist with insurance credentialing and documentation follow-up Support benefits verification, authorization tracking, and billing coordination Utilize AI tools and software to streamline administrative tasks Communicate professionally with caregivers, team members, and stakeholders Manage email correspondence, calendar invites, and shared documents across Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Required Qualifications: Must speak, read, and write English proficiently (this is a requirement) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-volume setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Experience or familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services Preferred Qualifications: Spanish-speaking is a plus Familiarity with insurance credentialing Experience using AI tools for productivity Knowledge of ABA software (e.g., ABA Matrix, CentralReach) Compensation & Benefits:
