We’re a small, collaborative Omaha law firm (4 attorneys) looking to add an experienced *Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney *to our team.

*What you’ll do:*

· Defend workers’ compensation cases in Nebraska and Iowa

· Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, and collect medical records

· Take depositions and represent clients at hearings and trials

*What we’re looking for:*

· Licensed in Nebraska (Iowa license a plus, or willingness to obtain)

· 2+ years of litigation or workers’ comp experience

· Strong writing, advocacy, and communication skills
