This is how we empower our employees to thrive! Role Overview: As a Wireless Retail Consultant, you will be an integral part of our Retail Team, embodying the T-Mobile brand. You will be a brand ambassador, creating excitement around our innovative products and services. In a fast-paced environment, you will engage meaningfully with customers, building lasting relationships and uncovering their needs. Your expertise in customer engagement and solution-based selling will be crucial in meeting performance targets including sales, customer experience, and quality metrics. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional service and sales to our customers, fostering loyalty and satisfaction. Utilize digital tools to enhance customer interactions and onboarding. Complete comprehensive training on T-Mobile’s in-store experience, new skills, processes, and system knowledge. Maximize your shift by continually seeking out information and learning about innovations in the wireless industry. Collaborate with T-Mobile employees across various channels, including business and customer service. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Preferred) Skills and Attributes: Customer Satisfaction: A passionate customer advocate with a natural ability to connect and enjoy interactions with customers while balancing performance goals. Team Collaboration: Eager to be part of a dynamic, game-changing store team. Ready to learn and share best practices while resolving customer issues. Sales Competitiveness: A strong drive to achieve success in a challenging sales environment. Licensing and Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation and Benefits: Base Pay: $17.50/hour with an annual incentive target of $9,360. Successful candidates' actual earnings vary based on performance, but every employee is guaranteed to earn $20/hour, including base pay and incentives. Additionally, all T-Mobile employees are eligible for an annual stock grant.
