Job Responsibilities: Delivering exceptional customer service and nurturing long-term relationships with customers. Utilizing digital tools effectively in customer interactions and onboarding. Engaging in training to enhance your knowledge of the T-Mobile in-store experience and industry innovations. Maximizing your time on duty by staying informed about the latest technology and solutions. Collaborating with T-Mobile colleagues across various channels, including business and customer service. Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma/GED (Required). 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a Retail environment. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Customer Satisfaction: A passion for advocating for customers, balancing customer experience with performance metrics. Team Building: Eager to contribute to a dynamic T-Mobile store team by collaborating with peers and sharing best practices. Retail Sales: A competitive spirit and confidence in thriving in a fast-paced sales setting. Licenses and Certifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Hourly Base Pay: $19.00 Annualized Incentive Target: $9,360. Actual earnings may vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees are guaranteed to earn a minimum of $20/hour, including base pay and incentives. Every team member is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
