Warehouse Manager – HVAC Parts & Logistics

Location: Marietta, GA

Pay: $20–$26/hr

About the Role

We’re seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee shipping, receiving, and organization of parts for commercial HVAC projects. This role is hands-on and requires someone who can manage inventory flow, track incoming/outgoing orders, and ensure technicians and dispatch have what they need to keep jobs on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage shipping and receiving for all incoming/outgoing parts
  • Organize inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with dispatch when all parts for a job are received and ready for scheduling
  • Track orders for large projects and keep parts grouped and organized by site
  • Communicate with technicians to order parts and provide updates on availability
  • Ensure warehouse racks and storage areas remain organized and safe
  • Report order status, shortages, or delays to management and dispatch

Requirements


Requirements
  • 2+ years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience (HVAC or construction industry preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to track and manage multiple orders simultaneously
  • Clear communication skills for working with technicians, vendors, and dispatch
  • Basic computer skills for inventory/order tracking
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
