About the Role

We’re seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee shipping, receiving, and organization of parts for commercial HVAC projects. This role is hands-on and requires someone who can manage inventory flow, track incoming/outgoing orders, and ensure technicians and dispatch have what they need to keep jobs on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Manage shipping and receiving for all incoming/outgoing parts

Organize inventory and maintain accurate records

Coordinate with dispatch when all parts for a job are received and ready for scheduling

Track orders for large projects and keep parts grouped and organized by site

Communicate with technicians to order parts and provide updates on availability

Ensure warehouse racks and storage areas remain organized and safe

Report order status, shortages, or delays to management and dispatch

Requirements

Requirements 2+ years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience (HVAC or construction industry preferred)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to track and manage multiple orders simultaneously

Clear communication skills for working with technicians, vendors, and dispatch

Basic computer skills for inventory/order tracking

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
