Staffmark is partnering with a leading logistics provider to hire a skilled and service-driven Warehouse Customer Service Representative for a
opportunity in Melrose Park, IL. This role is essential in supporting warehouse operations while ensuring top-tier service to clients through effective communication, problem-solving, and coordination.
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule Options:
Monday-Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM Tuesday-Saturday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact between customers and warehouse operations Process orders, resolve inquiries, and ensure accurate shipment tracking Communicate shipping updates, delays, and order changes clearly and promptly Collaborate with warehouse staff, sales teams, and logistics partners to fulfill orders efficiently Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve transportation issues Support clerical tasks such as inventory tracking, documentation, and data entry Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or customer service roles Strong organizational and multitasking skills Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient with warehouse software and basic computer systems Customer-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
