About the Opportunity
Sigma Inc. is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative / Administrative Support professional for a full-time contract role . This hybrid position combines front-line customer service with light warehouse support , ideal for candidates who are organized, computer-savvy, and comfortable working in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Duties: Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally Manage customer orders, invoicing, and account-related issues Promote company products and services with a customer-first attitude Investigate and resolve customer complaints Perform data entry with accuracy and timeliness Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Light Warehouse Duties: Label pallets and packages for outgoing shipments Receive and open small supply boxes Prepare containers and items for shipment Deliver and collect paperwork between warehouse staff and drivers Support packaging and shipping prep as needed
Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of experience in customer service , administration , or warehouse operations preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized Positive attitude and strong attention to detail Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Ability to follow instructions and take initiative Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to starting Steel-toed safety shoes are required
