The Company is seeking a Retail Design and Construction Program Manager for North America. Key responsibilities include strengthening global standards, overseeing project management and construction, ensuring compliance with corporate and local standards, and managing the sustainability strategy. The role demands a professional with a thorough understanding of the retail banking industry, direct experience in managing large retail programs, and a proven track record of delivering multi-million-dollar projects on time and within budget.
Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years' of experience in retail construction and store development, with a focus on core construction management and at least 5 years' in managing project management staff.
