Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, delivering outstanding service both in person and over the phone. This role combines customer interaction with administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth operations across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist all customers and prospective clients in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, representing the first impression of our facility. Manage a high volume of incoming calls, walk-ins, and written inquiries, rooting them to the appropriate team members or departments as needed. Provide daily administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors. Process accounts receivable/payable, perform data entry into accounting systems and spreadsheets, and help reconcile month-end financial statements. Support general office duties and assist with additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a positive and professional demeanor. Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and emails. Detail-oriented, patient, and committed to providing excellent service.
