Host Duties: Greet guests with a warm welcome and a big smile Manage reservations and seating to ensure smooth service Communicate wait times and make guests feel at home Assist servers and team members as needed Takeout & To-Go Orders: Answer phones and take orders with accuracy and enthusiasm Double-check orders for quality and completeness before handing off to guests Manage third-party delivery services and coordinate pickups Process payments and ensure a smooth transaction
Responsibilities

Qualifications
•Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills •1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred •High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent •Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations •Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
