Job Summary Recruit, hire, train, and manage store personnel to meet sales goals, control expenses, and safeguard assets while exploring growth opportunities. Essential Job Functions Achieve sales targets and performance standards. Recruit, interview, and hire qualified employees. Train and develop a successful sales team. Provide feedback, coaching, and enforce policies. Conduct performance reviews and recognize talent. Manage daily store operations and loss prevention. Plan staffing schedules and deliver excellent customer service. Resolve customer issues and handle banking procedures. Job Requirements Prior retail management experience preferred. 1-2 years retail sales experience. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Willingness to learn and work 45 hours/week, including nights and weekends. Physical ability to climb, reach, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods. Must be at least 18 years old.
