Responsibilities As the Assistant Store Manager, your key responsibilities include: Partnering with the Store Manager to develop action plans for results and business growth. Demonstrating product knowledge, sales, and operational skills to maximize performance. Engaging with customers to foster relationships and brand loyalty using company tools. Collaborating with the Store Manager to develop team members committed to excellent customer experiences. Overseeing assigned responsibilities and being accountable for outcomes. Supporting the Store Manager in maintaining store standards for merchandising and operations. Learning all aspects of the business and contributing ideas to drive growth. Remaining composed during challenges and unforeseen situations. Handling POS transactions during designated shifts and performing management duties in the Store Manager's absence. Modeling company values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity. Qualifications You will also have : At least 2 years experience as a Co/Assistant Manager in a similar volume, apparel retail environment (preferred). A proven track record of exceeding sales and performance metrics. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
