Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families Monitor and document student progress while adjusting therapy goals accordingly Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Maintain accurate and timely documentation consistent with school and state regulations Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Experience working in school settings preferred Strong knowledge of speech and language disorder assessment and intervention techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, families, and staff Ability to manage caseload and maintain detailed records in compliance with educational regulations Location: Ventura, CA This contract role offers the opportunity to develop specialized skills in pediatric speech-language pathology while contributing to student success.
