Responsibilites include:
  • Manager on duty when General Manager is not present.
  • Oversees general operations, employee responsibilities, and customer interactions.
  • Handles daily finances.
  • Overall operation of a high volume bar and restaurant such as:

    • Coordinating daily restaurant management operations.
    • Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
    • Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
    • Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policies.
    • Training staff to follow restaurant procedures including proper and legal alcoholic beverage service.
    • Maintaining safety and food quality standards.
    • Ability to do extensive inventory of liquor, wine and beer.
    • Organizing and supervising shifts.
    • Keeping track of employee's hours.
    • Leading by example and uplifting our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: From $22.00 per hour
