Manager on duty when the general manager is not present. In addition to the Ice Cream Line description, the ideal candidate for this position has high-volume restaurant/bar industry experience, is highly versed in customer service, is comfortable leading a team, and is over the legal age to pour alcohol. Management experience and willingness to work off-site events is preferred. Pay for this position is base plus tips and generally ranges from $19-25 per hour to $25-35 per hour for offsite events.
