Summary of Position Hammered Crab is looking for competent Restaurant Servers to take orders and deliver them to our guests, maintaining and enhancing the quality of our customer service. A Hammered Crab server will work in close collaboration with colleagues and follow established health and safety standards. The goal is to accelerate Hammered Crab development by providing customers with a memorable experience.
Responsibilities Servers must attend tables with special attention to sanitation and order Attend to customers upon entrance Present menus and help customers select food/beverages Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude Issue bills and accept payment Promote dedication from customers High School Diploma or GED * At least 18 years of age * Ability to lift at least 25 lbs * Stand for long periods of time * Basic computer knowledge * Food Handling experience * Basic math skills * Ability to work under pressure * Ability to work with a team * Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays * Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco and drug free work place.
