Position Overview: As a Server, you will provide friendly, attentive service in our restaurant or bar, ensuring each guest enjoys a warm, welcoming, and delicious experience. From menu knowledge to table-side service, you'll be a key part of the guest's overall resort experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and warmly, offering menu recommendations and answering questions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper timing and presentation.
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Clear and reset tables in a timely and organized manner.
• Handle payments accurately and provide receipts/change as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleaning of dining areas as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience as a restaurant server or in a guest-facing food & beverage role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused demeanor.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must meet legal requirements for serving alcohol (age and certification, if applicable).
