This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days a week on-site at any local UL Solutions office.

Job Responsibilities:

Leverage deep product and industry knowledge to define market opportunities for Software products and the ULTRUS platform, including competitive positioning and target audiences.

Monitor industry trends and act as a subject matter expert to identify growth opportunities and risks through competitive analysis.

Create messaging and positioning that address customer pain points and highlight value propositions.

Define go-to-market strategies, including launching new ULTRUS modules with clear goals and target audiences.

Coordinate with marketing to develop content tools for sales, such as competitive guides and sales presentations.

Conduct market intelligence and trend research to inform product roadmaps and sales strategies.

Develop master messaging and value propositions to enhance product awareness and business growth.

Minimum requirements include 10+ years in marketing, with 5+ years in marketing software solutions, and 4+ years in product marketing.

Require strategic, analytical, and collaboration skills, along with experience in sales enablement and process improvement.

Preferred abilities include experience in sustainability software marketing, digital marketing, AI understanding, and technical communication skills.

Total Rewards: The estimated salary range is $100,000 to $140,000, with eligibility for annual bonuses, health benefits, retirement plans, and paid time off.
