Analyze industries, global markets and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for our ULTRUS platform and Software products. Responsible for defining the strategy and tactics for how we will win based on a deep understanding of our solutions, current and potential customers, and the competitive landscape. Provides strategic direction on go-to-market strategy including tools for sellers to differentiate our value proposition with target customers. Serves as the expert on ULTRUS strategy providing input on product roadmaps, sales strategies, and both proactive and reactive tactics to maintain market leadership. Job Responsibilities: Leverages deep product and industry knowledge to define the market opportunity for Software products and the ULTRUS platform. Categorizes which solution(s) should be promoted and the corresponding competitive positioning, messaging, routes to market, target buyers, and buying cycle. Monitors industry trends and acts as a subject matter expert, adjusting strategies accordingly. Conducts competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks. Creates product and platform messaging that identifies ideal buying personas and customer pain points, aligning value propositions accordingly. Defines Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies including plans for launching new ULTRUS modules, setting goals, and coordinating with sales, support, and marketing teams. Ensures marketing creates content for sales enablement, including hunting packages, displacement guides, and sales presentations. Collaborates with revenue operations to develop tools like the "Selling on customer value" slide and Battle Cards. Initiates market intelligence and trend research to identify new opportunities, informing product roadmaps and sales strategies. Creates master messaging and value propositions to drive product awareness and business growth across segments. Minimum of 10 years in marketing, with 5+ years in marketing software solutions; 4+ years in product marketing. Requires strategic and competitive analysis skills, excellent communication, collaboration, facilitation, project management, business acumen, strategic thinking, team building, budget management, and experience working with senior leaders. Strong analytical skills, sales enablement knowledge, process improvement capabilities, and experience in digital marketing, sustainability, or product stewardship software marketing is preferred. Understanding of AI and its capabilities, with the ability to translate complex technical information for non-scientific audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with internal communication tools. Total Rewards: The estimated salary range is $100,000 to $140,000, based on experience and location. The role includes an annual bonus target of 20%, health benefits, wellness benefits, retirement savings, and paid time off including vacation, holidays, and sick leave.
