You will manage your pipeline, meet potential clients, and coordinate with our Operations Team to ensure flawless event execution. You’ll be more than a salesperson; you’ll be an experience-maker . Are you ready for the challenge? We thought so… Essential Duties Be an event sales magician Respond to all event inquiries and convert them into bookings. Plan events across multiple venues, understanding and communicating the features and benefits of our properties. Hit those numbers Meet and exceed your sales KPIs. Help the team surpass theirs as well. Be an MVP to OUR ON-SITE OPERATIONS TEAM Collaborate with the Director of Sales to motivate and lead the team, conduct daily meetings, and drive revenue. Serve as the on-site contact for operations, hosting BEO meetings and ensuring successful events. Guide the guest Provide engaging venue tours and showcase event options. Assist clients in planning and coordinating their events until the day of the party. Maintain relationships during and after events to encourage repeat business. Flexibility is key Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during busy seasons. Be camera ready Participate in virtual meetings and coaching sessions, maintaining enthusiasm and professionalism for clients and team members alike. Who You Are You are a experienced sales professional with management skills, problem-solving ability, and a passion for guest service. You thrive on feedback, enjoy friendly competition, and aim to turn ordinary events into memorable celebrations. Desired Skills 3+ years in sales, event sales experience preferred 1+ years in management Experience with CRM tools Proficient in Outlook, Teams, Excel Excellent communication skills Feedback-driven, data-centric, organized, adaptable Leadership and problem-solving skills a plus Required: Ability to travel once a year to the national sales conference.
