Your mission is to convert inquiries into booked events that impress clients. You will manage your pipeline, meet and tour potential clients, and coordinate with our Operations Team to ensure flawless event execution. We thought so… Essential Duties Be an event sales magician Respond to all event inquiries and convert them into booked events. Work across multiple venues, understanding their features and benefits to relay effectively to clients. Hit those numbers Meet and exceed your individual sales KPIs. Assist the team in surpassing theirs. Be an MVP to OUR ON-SITE OPERATIONS TEAM Collaborate with the Director of Sales to motivate and lead the team. Lead daily meetings and virtual sessions, driving revenue. Serve as the on-site contact for operations, hosting BEO meetings, and ensuring event success. Guide the guest Show clients around venues, highlighting options for their events. Plan and coordinate event details with clients until the event day. Maintain client relationships during and after events to encourage repeat business. Flexibility is key Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during busy seasons. Be camera ready Stay connected via video for coaching, meetings, and client interactions. Maintain enthusiasm and professionalism at all times. Who You Are You’re a sales professional with management experience and problem-solving skills. You thrive on feedback and friendly competition, using them to achieve KPIs and support your team. Your dedication to guest service and interpersonal skills helps turn events into memorable celebrations. Desired Skills 3+ years in sales, event sales experience a plus 1+ years in management Experience with CRM systems Proficient with Outlook, Teams, Excel Excellent communication skills Feedback-driven, data-centric Strong time management and organizational skills Adaptability and leadership qualities Problem-solving skills are a plus Required: Ability to travel once a year to the national sales conference.
