Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, commuters, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government transportation location; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site personnel and public agency partners as directed; Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, docks, waiting areas, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter prohibited activity and/or unauthorized access; Monitor access points and controlled areas, verify identification and/or credentials as required, and assist with orderly entry and exit flow during peak periods; Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and activity logs, and communicate observations and/or concerns through the chain of command
