Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and authorized personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related duties within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior areas, exterior grounds, entrances, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify conditions that need attention.; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and document visitor, vendor, and delivery information according to site policies.; Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate relevant updates to supervisors and/or site personnel, and support emergency response activities as needed.
