About the Role In this exciting seasonal position, you will provide exceptional customer service in our point of sale and customer service processes. Your focus will be on delivering efficient operations while creating an engaging experience for our customers. What You'll Do: Welcome customers warmly, offering assistance with products and services to enhance their shopping experience. Operate the cash register, scan items, bag purchases, and skillfully handle various payment methods. Deliver friendly, fast, and accurate service while adhering to point of sale and customer service standards set by the company. Achieve or surpass individual performance goals, such as credit promotions and loyalty program sign-ups. Support accurate inventory management by completing necessary point of sale and merchandise processing procedures. Assist in training new team members on best practices and point of sale operations, while upholding Kohl's brand standards. Participate in essential daily service activities, like cash balancing, change orders, and restocking supplies.
