About the Role Join our team as a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, where you'll be at the forefront of delivering outstanding customer service. Your focus will be on efficient operations and creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers. What You'll Do Welcome customers warmly, offering assistance with products and services. Operate the cash register, handle transactions, scan items, and bag merchandise accurately. Follow company guidelines to provide friendly, fast, and efficient service. Aim to meet or exceed individual goals, including credit and loyalty sign-ups. Ensure inventory accuracy by adhering to point of sale and merchandise practices. Assist in training new hires on best practices and service excellence. Engage in daily service processes, including cash balancing and supply replenishment.
