About The Role As a Seasonal Retail Sales Representative, you will provide outstanding customer service at our point of sale, ensuring each transaction is efficient while enhancing the overall customer experience. Your role is vital in making every customer interaction positive and memorable. What You'll Do Welcome customers warmly, offering assistance with products and services, while operating the cash register, scanning items, and processing various payment methods. Deliver courteous, friendly, and efficient service by adhering to company standards for point of sale and customer service. Aim to meet or exceed individual performance goals, such as credit and loyalty program enrollments. Promote inventory accuracy by completing required point of sale tasks and following merchandise handling practices. Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices for service and point of sale procedures while upholding Kohl's brand values. Engage in daily service activities including cash balancing, change orders, and supply replenishment. What Skills You Have Required Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and exhibit attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. No previous retail experience required. Must be at least 16 years old. Flexible schedule availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Experience in customer-facing retail or service roles.
