Responsibilities Include: Warmly greet customers and assist them with product inquiries and services. Operate cash registers, scan items, and efficiently process payments. Provide friendly, fast, and efficient service while adhering to company point of sale and customer service standards. Achieve or exceed your individual sales goals, including credit and loyalty program targets. Help maintain inventory accuracy by accurately completing all required point of sale tasks and merchandise handling procedures. Support the training of new team members by sharing best practices and encouraging adherence to Kohl's brand standards. Participate in essential daily service operations, including cash balancing and supply replenishment. No prior retail experience is necessary; we welcome all applicants. Must be at least 16 years of age. Availability for flexible scheduling, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
